Dear Prof. Goltsman,

                 It is a pleasure to inform you that you have been 
selected by the Council on Superconductivity to receive the IEEE Award 
for Continuing and Significant Contributions in the Field of Applied 
Superconductivity.  This award is given to recognize your long career of 
meritorious achievements and outstanding technical contributions in the 
field of applied superconductivity.
